Privacy policy

Bead With Love is a one-person business. We collect the minimum information needed to send you the things you ordered and keep our books straight. This page tells you what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, shipping address, items ordered, order total.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe — your full card number never touches our servers.
• Site analytics: anonymized via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
• Email correspondence you initiate with us.

What we don't collect

• No advertising trackers, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics.
• No customer accounts — we use guest checkout only, so no passwords.
• We don't sell or share customer data, ever.

Service providers

To run the shop we rely on a small number of vendors who each see a slice of your data:

• Stripe — payment processing and Stripe Tax.
• Resend — transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices).
• Cloudflare — site hosting, image delivery, and DNS.
• USPS — package delivery and tracking.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax/recordkeeping. Email correspondence is kept until we consciously archive it. You can request deletion of anything we hold by emailing hello@beadwithlove.com.

Cookies

We use one piece of local browser storage to remember what's in your cart. That's it — no tracking cookies, no third-party tags.

Children

Our products aren't designed for children under 12, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
