Terms of service
Last updated May 2026
Welcome. These are the terms for using Bead With Love (beadwithlove.com). By placing an order or using this site you agree to them. We've tried to keep them short and human.
Who we are
Bead With Love is a sole-proprietor business owned and operated by Andreea in Austin, TX. You can reach us at hello@beadwithlove.com.
What we sell
Handmade beaded goods — bracelets, keychains, pens, mobiles, and similar small objects. Each piece is made by hand, and most are one-of-a-kind. Listings represent the actual item you will receive (or, for made-to-order pieces, a faithful representation).
Pricing & taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we ship the item. If we can't fulfill an order — because of stock issues, a pricing error, or a fraud signal — we will cancel and refund in full, and email you.
Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Shipping & returns
See our Shipping & Returns page. Short version: US only for v1, free over $50, $5 flat otherwise, all sales final on one-of-a-kind pieces, damages within 7 days are always made right.
Intellectual property
Photographs, product descriptions, page copy, and the "Bead With Love" wordmark are owned by Andreea. Please don't repost product photos on Etsy or other marketplaces as your own. If you'd like to share a piece you bought on social, tag us — we love that.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to bypass the cart or checkout flow.
- Don't scrape the site at volumes that affect availability.
- Don't use the contact form to send spam.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep listings, stock counts, and prices accurate, but we don't guarantee perfection. Beaded items are not intended for use as choking-hazard-free toys for small children.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Texas law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date at the top.
